Hello from Philadelphia friends! I’m really excited about today’s blog post because the photos were shot at a wonderful location, Philadelphia’s Magic Garden. Photo credit goes to my friends Lily and Mengtan, who introduced me to this beautiful mosaic space. The Magic Gardens is a three dimensional, immersive piece of installation art and a museum gallery space in Philly created by mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar, who were inspired by materials like used bottles, bike wheels and folk arts.
My outfit today consists of a simple white crop top and a pair of high-waisted sailor jeans, which gives a silhouette that yields an illusion of longer legs 🙂 Both the top and jeans are from Karen Millen, one of my favorite British brands. I fell in love with the high-waisted jeans at first sight because of its fun buttons and the crop top because of its unique shape. I love how these two simple pieces complement each other so well. To bring some color, I carried my beloved Chanel Le Boy bag, which I also featured in my last blog post.
The Magic Garden is truly a magical place. I felt like Alice getting lost in the Wonderland. This labyrinth is such a hidden gem in Philly, a Shangri-La that everyone would love to escape to once in a while. There are so many things to be grateful in life, and having the opportunity to travel is truly one of them. It brings me experiences, adventures, and new perspectives on life, exactly what I need at this very moment.
I hope you enjoyed the outfit and a little tour inside the Magic Garden. Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday night.
